Di-namic meditation
Diana lives on, and how! People who are traumatised by the death of Diana, Princess of Wales, need Osho Dynamic Meditation 8211; so speaketh Osho disciple Swami Chaitanya Keerti at the Pune Ashram. 8220;Lovers and mourners of the late Princess can only unburden themselves through Dhyana, western therapy will not be of much help, because it is very superficial and does not uproot the problem. What people really need is something powerful and cathartic to get over their shock. The technique, created by the Enlightened Mystic Osho helps release accumulated grief and tension.8221; The one-hour-long dynamic meditation consists of five stages, recommended for a period of 21 days. Apparently the psycho-therapeutic approach has become outdated and takes years to solve problems. Dynamic Meditation works wonders in a short time, designed to clear the cobwebs of the mind. According to Swami Keerti, many people have reported deep, transforming experiences.
An aerobic workout for the soul now! Snakes alive!
Do a good deed and get bitten for it ? Not quite what you would expect. But that is just what happened to Vijay Adagale, a resident of Ramtekdi near Hadapsar recently. On Sunday when a general alarm was at his neighbour8217;s house Adagale found that a snake that had entered the house was being beaten by the neighbours. Adagale rushed in and told them to stop beating the hapless snake. In an attempt to save it8217;s life he got hold of the snake and put it into a bag but not before the terrified snake bit him on his wrist. Unmindful of the risk to his own life, Adagale rushed to the Katraj snake park with the snake. By now his hand had swollen up and the authorities there, rushed him to the Sassoon hospital where he is now recuperating. It is indeed heartening to note that at a time when many pay lip service to animal rights here is one man who believed in action even at the risk to his life.
Double trouble
Car owners on M G road not only have to pay for parking but also get stuck in the car park. Often what happens is that those who cannot find any parking near the store where they want to shop, will coolly double park. This leaves the legitimately parked driver in a jam not of his making. The reason for this mess is the old parking line that runs along the new one. Many space deprived drivers conveniently assume that the second line is for double parking forgetting the basic courtesy of leaving space for the other cars to move out. With the result that people have waited for half an hour waiting for the double parked driver to return from his shopping spree. If only the PCB would make an effort to get rid of the old white line, then there would be no excuse for this callous double parking.
