It8217;s high time Pak withdrew, says Vajpayee
Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee today welcomed the joint statement issued by US President Bill Clinton and Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif. But responding to queries at the conference of Chief Ministers, he said that the statement did not create any scope for third-party mediation in the Kashmir issue.
