Panchkula, July 20: The Panchkula police have started challaning women riders without helmets. The decision has been taken following the Punjab and Haryana High Court orders regarding the traffic regulations. The police are also checking other offences like vehicles with red lights, driving by minors, cars with dark films and those driving without helmets. SP Alok Mittal said that the challaning would continue.
