Bus rams into crowd, kills two in Bangalore

Two people, including an Hindustan Aeronautics Limited HAL employee, were killed and over 30 injured in Bangalore on Tuesday when a speeding government bus rammed into a series of vehicles. After the accident, an enraged crowd burnt the bus and pelted police vehicles with stones, causing a major traffic jam all along Airport Road for over four hours. The accident happened around 3.30 pm outside HAL8217;s helicopter division, when employees were exiting after a shift.
