But the RSS has no responsibility other than repeating its founder8217;s idea. It makes no effort to reinvent and recast it as time goes on.

Also, China had learnt a bitter lesson from the former USSR, when Gorbachev brought political reforms ahead of economic reforms, reducing Russia to a toothless regional power without political or economic clout.
Indian politicians do not want a genuine meritocracy. They follow the path of least resistance, that is, the reservation route. This recipe is disaster for India.
