Stratasys sale of RP system in India
MUMBAI: Stratasys Inc, the manufacturer of rapid prototyping devices, has announced the sale of its flaghip product, the FDM Quantum rapid prototyping RP system to Mahindra amp; Mahindra Mamp;M Ltd. quot;We are pleased that Mamp;M has decided in favour of the FDM Quantum,quot; said Pradeep Nair, regional director, Asean. Gruh Finance makes higher net profit
MUMBAI: Gruh Finance has earned a higher net profit of Rs 30.60 lakh during the first quarter ended June 1999 against Rs 21.12 lakh in the same period of last year. The business volume registered a growth of 49 per cent with disbursements clocking a figure of Rs 39 core as compared to Rs 26 crore in the same period of last year.
Ecoplast sales, profits rising
MUMBAI: The sales income of Ecoplast Ltd has increased by 80 per cent during the first quarter ended June 1999. This has resulted in a gross profit of Rs 49.18 lakh and a net profit of Rs 21.63 lakh against a loss of Rs 8.77 lakh in the same period of last year.

MUMBAI: Kabra Extrusiontechnik has declared a dividend of 20 per cent for the year ended March 1999. It has achieved a sales income of Rs 28.54 croreRs 29.94 crore and earned a net profit of Rs 1.89 crore against Rs 1.64 crore last year.
ICICI to consider 500 mn issue
MUMBAI: The board of ICICI Ltd will meet on August 19 to approve an equity issue totalling 500 million, including premium, to domestic and international investors, the Bombay Stock Exchange said on Tuesday. The issue also includes a preferential allotment of equity to principal domestic institutional shareholders, it said. ICICI8217;s shareholders had approved the proposal to raise equity capital at an annual general meeting on July 30.
