NAGPUR, Nov 8: Central Zone champions Madhya Pradesh pipped Vidarbha by nine wickets in the Pepsi Ranji Trophy four-day match here at VCA stadium today.Set to score 37 to win in the last session, MP lost opener JP Yadav (17). Earlier, seamer Sanjay Pande (5-74) wound up the tail enders to end Vidarba’s second innings at 267, before the tea break.

FARIDABAD: Spearheaded by skipper MV Rao who took five wickets, unfancied Services stunned formidable Haryana by 75 runs in the North Zone one day Ranji cricket match at the Nahar Singh Stadium here today. Services scored 240 for eight in their allotted 50 overs and then bowled out Haryana for 165 runs in 46.2 overs.

Bengal set to win

BALASORE: Hosts Orissa were skittled out for a meagre 158 in their second knock, setting an easy target of 148 for Bengal to win on the penultimate day of the four-day East-Zone Ranji Trophy league match played here at Permit Ground here today. At stumps the visitors were 30 for one.
