Suchitra Pillai, the Channel V veejay who is now trying to break into the world of pop, celebrates her birthday this week. And she will bring in her big day with all her friends. She8217;s hosting a bash at Club Abyss on Thursday to celebrate the occasion. And the one thing Suchitra cannot do without is her filofax. quot;It has everything I need all my appointments and important telephone numbers. I would be completely lost without it,quot; she says.

By nature Suchitra is a very organised person and likes to write everything down in her filofax. quot;I always have my filofax with me,quot; she says. And she hates being late for any appointment. quot;I always arrive on time and that doesn8217;t mean Mumbai standard time. People here always seem to be running late,quot; she says.

And at the moment Suchitra must be busy using her filofax to plan her birthday party and her album release. She has signed a contract with HMV and hopes that her album will release in October.
