Lubna Adams, the choreographer behind many of Mumbai8217;s most prestigious fashion shows, says that there are two things she cannot do without: her computer and her husband, not necessarily in that order. She married ex-model Deepak Malhotra 8212; Dino, she calls him 8212; after an 11 year-long courtship. They got married nearly two years ago, and shortly after decided to move to New York. Living in the Upper West side of the Big Apple 8212; in a tiny apartment 8212; Lubna spends most of her day on her Micron desktop learning how to design web pages. She is also trying to master Corel Draw, a graphics software.

quot;I am a real computer buff and can spend hours and hours on my computer,quot; she says. Since moving to New York, Lubna comes back to Mumbai only for really important shows. quot;I will not do just any show. It has to be something interesting and different,quot; she says. Which is why she made the trip to Mauritius for the Miss World show. Right now, Lubna is in town to put together a large jewellery show, to be held in June.She has no regrets about pulling out of the fashion world and is enjoying her time with her husband. who has now become a garment exporter.
