Forget cleavage it8217;s the back that8217;s high on the sexy quotient this season. While Sienna Miller and Beyonce were seen wearing backless gowns at the Oscars this year, celebrities like Kangana Ranaut and Malaika Arora Khan have been seen sporting this look at award functions here.

8220;Backless gowns are extremely sultry and fuss-free,8221; says designer Gauri Karan. 8220;However, if you8217;re going to wear one, don8217;t show any cleavage as that will look crass,8221; she adds. Also, if you have a fleshy back, be sure to steer clear of them. 8220;A backless gown will only look nice if you have well-toned back muscles,8221; says Karan. 8220;You don8217;t necessarily have to be skinny and tall to wear these gowns. A well-toned body is what8217;s required,8221; says designer Rina Dhaka. 8220;However, voluptuous women must invest in a good strapless and backless bra for adequate support,8221; adds Dhaka.
