Anjana case charge-sheet

BHUBANESWAR, Nov 22: The Central Bureau of Investigation CBI has charge-sheeted Orissa8217;s advocate general Indrajeet Roy in the sensational Anjana Mishra case.

The Deputy Superintendent of Police of CBI, P S Mukhopadhyaya filed the charge-sheet under Sections 356 molestation, 376 attempt to rape and 511 criminal intimidation of the Indian Penal Code yesterday.

Anjana Mishra, estranged wife of an Indian Forest Service officer, had accused Roy of attempting to rape her at his official residence at Cuttack on July 11 last.
