LUCKNOW, JAN 6: The All India Babri Masjid Action Committee AIBMAC today ruled out talks with any organisation belonging to the Sangh Parivar for resolving the Ayodhya dispute terming them as 8220;unreliable and untrustworthy8221;.

The AIBMAC had decided in 1993 itself, soon after the demolition of the Babri mosque, that it would not negotiate with the Sangh Parivar, including the BJP, over the issue and that the tangle could be resolved only through the court, its convenor Zafaryab Jilani said here.

Senior leaders of the committee, including its chairman Salahuddin Owasi and vice-chairman Ahmed Bukhari, have not given their consent for the meeting scheduled for January 13, Jilani said, adding that other groups like Babri Masjid Movement Coordination Committee of Syed Shahabuddin too were in favour of a court decision on the issue.

Jilani said tomorrow8217;s meeting of the committee here had been convened on December 22 itself to finalise the strategy in view of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad8217;s decision to announce a date for starting temple construction during the Mahakumbh in Allahabad later this month.
