Stuttgart, Oct 29: Steffi Graf watched again and Andre Agassi won again, beating Sjeng Schalken 6-4, 6-2 to reach the quarterfinals of the $2.45 million Eurocard Open.
Graf, the retired German star, began dating Agassi just after he won the US Open last month. This is the first time Graf has accompanied Agassi to a tournament. She has been watching his matches from the players’ box.
Third-seeded Todd Martin cruised into the quarter-finals beating Jiri Novak 6-2, 6-4 and fifth-seeded Greg Rusedski ousted Tommy Haas 6-4, 6-3 yesterday.
