Step on to this cart of health and savour a journey that8217;s delectable and nutritious. It8217;s a unique concept and the first for the city, where an exotic range of health foods will be at hand on a portable cart. The brains behind the healthy idea, Aditi Mehrotra and Pooja Chopra feel there are many natural and healthier choices that people can turn to and opening a Health Cafeacute; in the city is a small, yet firm step in this direction.

8220;We approached CITCO with the project and have received tremendous support and encouragement and the good beginning will be at Sukhna Lake very soon. The cart and facility will soon be extended to various parts of the city,8217;8217; the young ladies are all set for a big launch.

The idea, explains Aditi, a nutritionist, is based on sound scientific principles of providing food products that are nutritious, safe and suited to body type and their USP is, Where Good Health Comes to You! 8220;This will cover the path between consumers and us in order to provide them with health benefits that are imperative for them. A health cart positioned at prime locations frequented by morning walkers and also by floating tourists will cater to their need for a sip and bite halt, but introduce them to the world of healthy goodness,8217;8217; quip the two.

The Health Cafeacute; will offer therapeutic, creative, preventive food and Aditi and Pooja hope that it will encourage fitness and make people look at food from a new perspective, 8220;we plan to educate the public by giving dietary advice and counselling.8217;8217; In addition to the food menu being exotic and nutrient dense, menus will change to take advantage of seasonal availability. All low-calorie items, various types of teas, including herbal and ayurvedic ones, tizanes, which are healthy infusions, juices of a combination of vegetables and fruits, fruit mashes, which don8217;t not excluding fibre, herb-enriched salads, high-value dressings and drizzles, high-fibre bagels and foot longs8230;it8217;s a tempting spread, 8220;the price range is between Rs 5 and 55 and it8217;s health and not profit that we8217;re aiming at,8217;8217; it8217;s ho for health!
