Secret accounts (Lotus, Tulip and Mont Blanc) found so far belong to Hindujas or others. If bribes were paid, Rajiv would have a coded account too. Swiss gave all help, they would have revealed this.

Which strings did he pull?

No evidence on record to suggest that Rajiv used influence on Technical Committee or Negotiating Committee. Otherwise, their members would be in CBI net, too.

No undue haste
