2000 Millennium Midnight

I was extremely disappointed when I learnt that the midnight of December 31, 1999 and January 1, 2000 is not the millenium midnight.8217; Nevertheless it is going to be a special occasion for me.

I will definitely not perform anywhere that night and most definitely not party. Instead, I have decided to get all my relatives 8212; my parents, in-laws, sisters, brothers, their kiddies, everybody 8212; to my residence in Mumbai to celebrate the event. I am a family man and I would love to welcome the new year with my family.

In any case I think it would be pointless to venture outdoors that midnight. With too many people trying to make it a special midnight, the traffic scene is going to be bad. It is going to be completely chaotic. I8217;d rather sit at my window sill and see the world outside, be away from the frenzy and yet experience it.
