1,575 children immunised

CHANDIGARH, Dec 15: On receiving reports about some cases of measles from colony number-5, near sector-45, 1575 children between the age group of 9 months and 5 yrs were immunized against measles.

The immunization operation went on for 4 days. According to Dr B.D. Chugh, district M.C.H. officer, measles immunization and Vitamin-A would be given to all children within the age group of 9 months and 5 years in all high risk areas.
