RRB JE result HIGHLIGHTS: To clear the RRB JE CBT 1, candidates have to score a minimum percentage of marks which is 40 per cent for the unreserved category. For candidates belonging to OBC and SC candidates, the minimum marks required is 30 per cent. For ST category candidates it is 25 per cent. These percentage of marks for eligibility may be relaxed by 2 per cent for PwD candidates.

Shortlisting of Candidates for the document verification shall be based on the normalized marks obtained by them in 2nd Stage CBT. The normalization scheme to be adopted for shortlisting the candidates from 1st Stage CBT to 2nd Stage CBT and for DV on the basis of performance in 2nd Stage CBT.
Minimum percentage of marks for eligibility in various categories: UR -40%, OBC-30%, SC-30%, ST -25%. This percentage of marks for eligibility may be relaxed by 2% for PwBD candidates, in case of shortage of PwBD candidates against vacancies reserved for them. The exam was from May 22 to June 2, during the exam, several centres faced technical glitches due to check in the affected centres, the exam was reconducted in some centres from June 26 to 28, 2019. Over 25 lakh students have reportedly applied for the 13,800 posts.
Divided into four parts – mathematics, general intelligence and reasoning, general awareness, general science – all combine to form a 100 marks question paper for 100 marks to be completed in a one-and-a-half-hour. The RRB JE exams were rated as moderately difficult by the candidates.

The result for RRB Allahabad has been released. A total of 21,725 candidates have been shortlisted to appear for CBT 2. The cut-off from the region is as following -
The result declared is not just for JE but also for the post of DMS and CMA. A total of 13487 posts were advertised under the notification of which the maximum is for JE (12872) but for DMS and CMA positions as many as 227 and 387 vacancies are notified as well. From RRB Bhubaneswar, a total of 3634 candidates have been selected for the next round. The cut-off for the region is as follows -
Not everyone who clears the exam will be able to appear for the next round. Those who also make it to the cut-off only are eligible. While the cut-off list will be available on the website, candidates can only check their individual score or scorecards till August 27. Whenever CBT is conducted in multiple sessions for the same syllabus, the raw marks obtained by the candidates in different sessions will be converted to normalized marks. The raw marks for single session paper and normalized marks for multiple session paper will be used for computing Merit Index, which is a common benchmark for generating merit for candidates from different Exam Groups
A total of 2,000 candidates have been shortlisted for the next stage selection process of RRB Thiruvananthapuram. The cut-off for the rrb is as follows -
The second stage of the exam will be of 2 hours and have multiple-choice questions. There will be 150 questions – from general awareness, physics, chemistry, computer science, environment and pollution control and technical abilities.
Those who clear CBT 1 will have to appear for CBT 2, and physical endurance test. The CBT 2 exam to be conducted from August 28 to 31
A total of 13,487 posts will be filled through this recruitment drive.
Selected candidates will get Rs 35,400 per month remuneration. These candidates have to clear CBT 1, CBT 2, and PET exams.
