KBC 17: Indore-based contestant copies Amitabh Bachchan’s dressing style, says he has never had a girlfriend: ‘Line lagne wali hai aapke ghar ke bahar’

In an upcoming episode of Kaun Banega Crorepati 17, a contestant will meet his style icon Amitabh Bachchan and discuss about how he often fails to impress girls.

Megastar Amitabh Bachchan has long been an inspiration to many. In an upcoming episode of Kaun Banega Crorepati 17, Aditya Joshi, a youngster from Indore, Madhya Pradesh, reveals that he takes fashion cues from Big B. In the promo for the episode, Aditya is seen sporting a stylish tuxedo and even receives praise from Amitabh Bachchan for his impeccable dressing sense. However, Aditya humbly admits that his outfit choices are inspired by Big B’s timeless style.

In the promo, Bachchan tells Aditya, “Manyavar, ek baat bataye, yeh joh kapda aapne pehna hai na, bohot his sunder lag raha hai…(Gentleman, tell me one thing, this outfit you are wearing looks great…).” Aditya responds, “Ek ek look aap se inspired hai hai sir. (Every look is inspired by you, Sir.)” Big B adds, “Line lagne wali hai aapke ghar ke bahar (People will queue up outside your house).”

Discussing how he has not managed to impress a girl to date, Aditya goes on to share, “Meri aaj tak koi mahila mitra rahi nahi hai. Koi bhi call karta hai, baat karta hu toh inke kaan khade ho jaate hai ekdum se. Agar ek ghante se zyaada baat chale toh woh aake bolte hai, kiske saath baat chal rahi hai (If anyone calls, my parents are all ears. If the call goes on for more than an hour, they come and enquire who I am talking to).”

Big B asks in astonishment, “Ek ghantaa ladki se baat karte rehte hai? (You talk to a girl for an hour on the phone?)” Aditya replies, “Kaam agar ho toh (Only if there is some work).” Then Bachchan says, “Yaani woh kaam ke liye hai phone karti hai aapko. Sir, yeh galat hai (That means they only call you for work? Sir, that’s wrong.)” Aditya adds, “Haa, sir. Bhai material zyaada ban gaya hu main (Yes, sir, I seem to have become more of a brother material).”

Kaun Banega Crorepati 17 has already found its first crorepati; however, no one on the show has managed to win Rs 7 crores so far. KBC 17 airs on Sony TV every Monday to Friday at 9 pm.
