The upcoming episode of The Kapil Sharma Show will see Oscar-winning filmmaker Guneet Monga, entrepreneur Sudha Murthy and actor Raveena Tandon gracing the show. The trailer video of the episode sees Kapil having a gala time with the ladies as he pulls jokes at them.

As he welcomes Guneet on stage, he mentions her big achievements and lauds her for winning an Oscar for The Elephant Whisperers. He then leaves her stumped as he tells her, “Lagan se saabit kar diya hai aapne, insan mehnat karke, kisi bhi unchai ko chu kar, The Kapil Sharma Show pe aa sakta hai (You have proven that with determination and hard work, you can reach great heights and then come to The Kapil Sharma Show).”

He then takes on Sudha Murthy and introduces audiences to the Infosys Foundation, the NGO founded by her. Kapil says that she’s such a powerful lady that the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom also bows down in front of her to touch her feet. As readers would know, the current PM, Rishi Sunak, is Sudha and Narayana Murthy’s son-in-law.

Kapil also quizzes Sudha Murthy on whether she travels to the country with a visa or shows Sunak and daughter Akshata’s wedding invite at the immigration. His comments leave her in splits. Kapil’s on-screen mother-in-law also joins the stage and schools her on becoming a good ‘jamai’. “Saas sasur ka aashirwad ho to tum UK ke prime minister bhi ban jaoge (If you have the blessings of your in-laws, you can even become the PM of UK),” she tells Kapil.

The Kapil Sharma Show airs on Sony TV on weekends. Recently, Krushna Abhishek, who had not joined the season owing to monetary reasons, came back as Sapna. Upon resuming shoot, he told Bombay Times in an interview, “It’s not a change of heart but a change of contract (laughs). The contract had several concerns, including money, but all issues have been resolved. The show and the channel are like family, and I am glad to be back. Sapna ki entry hogi badhiya tarah se. Ghar ka bhoola shaam ko ghar par taut kar aaye toh usko bhoola nahi kehte. Ye wohi wala hisaab hai (Sapna will have a great entry. All is well that ends well. That’s how it is).”

He also spoke about receiving a warm welcome on the first day of the rehearsal at Kapil’s home. Krushna said that Kiku Sharda hugged him ‘as soon as he saw’ him, while he had already spoken to Archana Puran Singh on a call. As for Kapil, Krushna said that he was ‘extremely happy’ and greeted him ‘warmly’. He added that Kapil also suggested jokes, as he wanted Krushna to give his best.
