The Bigg Boss 18 contestant said he had worked very hard for six months on the show and clicked 15-hour shift everyday without taking a leave. When Salman asked Shehzada about the accusations made about him, a video of the actor was played where he said, “There must be some quality in me, which is why I only get lead roles. I was a part of the longest-running show, and suddenly, I didn’t know what happened one day when my producer humiliated me in front of the entire unit. He kept insulting me while I looked at him. If such a big storm in my life couldn’t affect me, then nothing could break me.”
After watching the video, Salman told him that just because his name is Shehzada, he can’t behave like a prince. The host also advised Shehzada to be humble if he wants to grow in life. Reacting to these comments, Shehzada said, “I have been very humble. All that has been said about my attitude, all that I have been through… if something like this happened with someone else, they would have ended their life.”

Shehzada also narrated what happened on his last day on Ye Rishta… sets, he said, “I was playing a lead on a TV show, I worked for 6 months without a holiday, 15 hours shifts. I didn’t care about my health and worked very hard. One day, all of a sudden I am given an off, then I am told to come for an important meeting with the producer. I go there and he starts to tell me mean things in front of the entire unit of 150 people. He started to get disrespectful.”
Shehzada further added, “I was playing a lawyer, and advocate on the show. On my first day of the shoot, I was made to wear some bracelets. The creative director told me to remove them in the next scene as it didn’t suit my character. I forgot to remove those, so I immediately handed it over to the dress guy. The director started yelling at me for breaking the continuity, so I wore it back and shot in a very bad mood. The next day, a senior artist held my hand and asked me something, while they called the shot. The director rudely said I should listen to him or I would be thrown out. After the scene, I went and asked why he spoke to me like this. He said that if I didn’t listen to him I would get such threats. That’s when I put my foot down. Later, a meeting was called where indirect attacks were made at me.”

One night, a senior from his direction team was drunk and he came to me and said the producer came on set and you didn’t stand, and I denied the allegations.” Salman later asked who these producers and directors were, to which Shehzada added, “They think they are big, but they are nothing…”
Contestant Avinash Mishra, who also joined them on stage, defended Rajan Shahi and said it’s a very good production house, very professional, and that Shehzada must have gone wrong somewhere. Ending the discussion, Salman advised Shehzada, to take a lesson from this incident and realize what it has cost him, and keep it in mind for the next time.
