Vir Das finally finds true love in and Vega Tamotia

Last week, the end credit promotional number, What the fark from Amit Sahni Ki List was shot at a suburban bungalow in Mumbai, with the entire cast of the film. Vir Das plays an investment banker who is in search of true love and draws up a list of several prospective girls who could be his bride. The song, choreographed by Adil Shaikh included some girls that Das dates in the film.
“It’s a fun song where we have a rock concert going on at the side. It is not a hardcore dance number and the steps were very basic and everyone could follow the moves easily. It’s a celebration song as Vir has found his love. He will be seen doing some funny steps with many of the girls that he had considered as potential brides. The challenge of shooting the song was making the actors look like they are having fun despite the oppressive heat we shot in,” laughed Ajay Bhuyan who has earlier directed two Telugu films and is making his debut in Hindi films with ASKL.
The film shot in Mumbai in a 34 day start-to-finish schedule, is slated to release on July 18. The cast also includes Vega Tamotia and Anindita Nayar and is produced by Pyxis Pictures, a film and entertainment company that was established in 2010.
