A musical show held for Chicago

Sir Mutha Venkata Subba Rao Concert Hall at Chetpet, Chennai was transformed into the most opulent city of Chicago with the emblazoning colours, magnanimous grandeur and prodigious performances for the musical play of Chicago. Presented by Vishal Film Factory, Chicago was performed by The Hot Shoe Dance Company and received huge applause from the members of the Tamil film fraternity.
For actor-producer Vishal, who was responsible for putting up the play, it was an attempt to boost talented theatre artistes. He stated that the musical will be staged in various cities like Hyderabad and Bangalore in an attempt to promote more talents.
Vishal along with other Tamil celebrities like Vijay Sethupathi, Arya, Parthiepan, Vishnu Vishal, Vikranth, Nasser, Yuvan Shankar Raja, Varalakshmi, Raai Laxmi, Sarathkumar, Bhavatharani, Vasuki Bhaskar, producer K.E. Gnanavel Raja of Studio Green Films and many others were present on the occasion.

The Vishal-starrer and film-maker Hari’s Tamil family entertainer Poojai released during the auspicious occasion of Diwali. Packaged with action, fun, emotions and all, the film has an ensemble star-cast also comprising Shruti Haasan, Sathyaraj, Radhika Sarathkumar, Soori, Prathap Pothen, Pandi, Mukesh Tiwari, Sithara, Jayaprakash, Thalaivasal Vijay, Manobala, R. Sundarajan, Abhinaya, Kausalya, Renuka, Aishwarya and many others.
Yuvan Shankar Raja has composed music and Priyan has handled cinematography with V.T. Vijayan’s editing.
