The eagerly-anticipated teaser for Kichcha Sudeep‘s multilingual extravaganza, Max, has dropped with a bang. The Vijay Karthikeyaa-directed multilingual film promises to be a riveting action-fest, showcasing Sudeep’s awe-inspiring combat prowess. The action-packed teaser showcases Sudeep taking down villains left and right. He also performs a unique rendition of the nursery rhyme “Baa Baa Black Sheep.” Judging by the teaser, Max promises to be a full-fledged action entertainer with Sudeep pulling out all the stops.

 

Sudeep shared the teaser link for Max with the caption, “MAX Takes Charge! #MAXManiaBegins with the explosive #MaxTeaser #boloMAXii (sic).” The 1 minute 6 seconds teaser opens with a new version of the nursery rhyme, “Baa Baa Black Sheep, have you any clue? No sir, I just saw many boys flew…” This scene, where numerous men are shown hanged, hints at the intense action to come. The teaser promises high-octane sequences, with the final moments offering a treat for Sudeep’s fans as he appears in a rowdy avatar.

The teaser does not reveal the release date. According to reports, the Kannada movie, releasing in five languages, Max is expected to release in the fall of 2024. In the teaser, Sudeep sings “Baa Baa Black Sheep” while introducing other characters in the film. Sunil is portrayed as a scoundrel, and Varalaxmi as the ‘dame.’ Sudeep is seen beating his enemies to a pulp.

Towards the end of the teaser, Sudeep is shown dancing at a temple festival, suggesting that Max will be a commercial entertainer with pan-Indian appeal.

Jointly produced by Kalaipuli S Thanu’s V Creations and Kichcha Creations, the film is set for release later this year. The technical crew includes cinematographer Sekhar Chandra, composer Ajaneesh Loknath, and editor SR Ganesh Baabu. The release date will be announced soon by the makers.
