The ‘Fighter’ producer proposed to the Sports Illustrated swimsuit model in September last year and the happy couple are planning to tie the knot in a California beach ceremony, reported New York Post.

The newlyweds will then celebrate their nuptials with a reception at Nobu Malibu, where Aerosmith star Tyler will perform.

Kavanaugh was previously married to ballerina Britta Lazenga in 2011, but they divorced last year.
