Late actor Sushant Singh Rajput‘s sister Shweta Singh Kirti remembered the late actor on his birth anniversary on January 21. On Tuesday, she posted a video on social media with a long heartwarming note. The late actor would have turned 39 today. In the emotional write-up, Shweta requested Sushant’s fans to honour his legacy by ‘dreaming big and spreading love’. The curated clip was a compilation of SSR’s adorable moments, with many videos of him meeting fans, addressing the crowd, playing with his dog, and simply smiling in some.

Along with the video post, she wrote in her caption, “Celebrating the Star, the Dreamer, the Legend… Happy Birthday, Bhai! Your light continues to shine in the hearts of millions. You weren’t just an actor; you were a seeker, a thinker, a soul filled with boundless curiosity and love. From the universe you admired to the dreams you so fearlessly pursued, you taught us all to reach beyond limits, to wonder, to question, and to love deeply.”

Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead in his flat in Mumbai on June 14, 2020, during the pandemic. While some suspected it to be a suicide, many alleged that there might have been foul play involved. His sister Shweta Singh Kirti has been involved in fighting for justice for her brother since 2020. The investigation regarding his death was transferred to the CBI (Central Bureau of Investigation). However, nothing substantial has come out yet.
