As fan wait for the much anticipated return of Koffee With Karan for its 8th season, a sneak peek from the upcoming season was leaked, featuring the dynamic duo of Bollywood, Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone. The clip showcases the power couple donning stylish all-black outfits while spilling intriguing details of their lives.

In one moment, Ranveer humorously discloses that he secretly got engaged to Deepika in 2015, three years before their grand wedding in 2018. He quips, “In 2015, I was engaged to her. Iss pehle ke koe aajae mein jake chappal rakh deta hu (Just to ensure nobody else could swoop in, I marked my territory).” Deepika wittily responded, “Advance booking.”

In another moment, Karan is seen complimenting the couple for looking “smoking hot.” To which Ranveer hilariously responds and says, “Thank you tharki Uncle.” Karan also asked Deepika about her opinion on Ranveer Singh’s flamboyant character of Rocky Randhawa in his film Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. The Pathaan actor responded, “I am married to Rocky Randhawa.”

Deepika also took this opportunity to promote her upcoming film Fighter, with Hrithik Roshan and declared that her best on-screen chemistry is with Hrithik that people are yet to see.

Prior to this sneak peek, Karan Johar teased fans with a glimpse of the show’s new set on Instagram. The behind-the-scenes video offers viewers a glimpse into the production process, including the introduction of a new coffee mug that will become a part of the iconic ‘Koffee wall.’ Karan’s caption on the video reads, “For the first time ever, get a glimpse of the world of Koffee With Karan before we start brewing!😍 #HotstarSpecials #KoffeeWithKaran Season 8 – streams from 26th October onwards only on Disney+ Hotstar! #KWKS8OnHotstar”

The new season of Koffee with Karan is all set to premiere from October 26 on Disney+ Hotstar.
