Popular Bhojpuri actor and singer Pawan Singh recently made an emotional exit from the reality show Rise and Fall to focus on his political commitments. Though his stint on the show lasted just two weeks, Pawan managed to win the hearts of viewers and fellow contestants alike. His departure left the entire house teary-eyed, but it was Dhanashree Verma’s emotional response that truly caught everyone’s attention.
Throughout the show, Pawan and Dhanashree shared a close bond, often engaging in playful, flirtatious exchanges. Several clips of their interactions went viral, including one where Pawan expressed a desire to see her dressed in traditional Indian attire, complete with a bindi. In another clip, Dhanashree was heard saying, “If there’s anyone I can trust on this show, it’s Pawan Ji. If he comes and tells me he likes me, I’ll believe him—but no one else.”

At the time of his exit, an emotional Dhanashree broke down in tears and promised to fulfill his wish. “As promised, I will wear Indian attire for you. I’ll wear a saree for you,” she said.
Meanwhile, Pawan in his emotional speech claimed: “Jab bhi yaad karo main aa jaaunga. (I will appear whenever you miss me).”
Who is Pawan Singh?
Pawan Singh is a celebrated figure in the Bhojpuri entertainment industry, known for his work as an actor, playback singer, music composer, and stage performer. In recent years, he has also transitioned into politics in Bihar. Pawan has lent his voice to numerous tracks, including a song for the blockbuster film Stree 2 titled “Aayi Nai.”
His personal life has also made headlines. In 2014, Pawan’s first wife, Neelam Singh, died by suicide just months after their marriage. The cause of her death remains under wraps. In 2018, he married Jyoti Singh, who is also a politician.
Meanwhile, choreographer and digital creator Dhanashree Verma has also been in the spotlight due to her high-profile divorce from Indian cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal. The separation made headlines when Chahal walked out of court wearing a T-shirt that read: “Be your own sugar daddy,” sparking widespread speculation and controversy.
