‘Calendar Girls’ Akanksha Puri, Satarupa Pyne sing ‘Khawaishein’ live with Madhur Bhandarkar, watch video
'Calendar Girls' Satarupa Pyne and Akanksha Puri indulged in some fun singing while on their way for media promotions with film's director Madhur Bhandarkar.
“It was an absolutely spontaneous thing. We were travelling with Madhur sir in his car and were listening to this song and singing,” ‘Calendar Girls’ actress Akanksha Puri said.
Out on a long drive and singing out loud to the tunes of a melodious song playing in the background is everyone’s favourite time pass. ‘Calendar Girls’ Satarupa Pyne and Akanksha Puri too indulged in some fun singing while on their way for media promotions. And joining them in the fun was their director Madhur Bhandarkar.

“It was an absolutely spontaneous thing. We were travelling with Madhur sir in his car and were listening to this song and singing. Just then Satarupa fished out her phone and video captured the moment. Madhur sir too joined and us and here too didn’t leave his directorial chair and gives her( Satarupa) directions on whom to focus on,” said Akanksha.
‘Calendar Girls’ will release on September 5.
