Amitabh Bachchan today paid tribute to to Nobel Laureate Rabindranath Tagore on his 154th birth anniversary.

Bachchan, 72, posted a black-and-white picture of Tagore on his Twitter account.

“Gurudev Rabindra Nath Tagore Anniversay… May 7… In remembrance of greatness..,” Bachchan posted on Twitter.

Tagore’s poems, dramas, short stories and novels written in Bengali have been translated into many languages across the world.
