One of the hit films she delivered with Dev Anand, this film has Sadhana playing a poor but educated girl who is willing to sacrifice her love for the happiness of her mother.

Woh Kaun Thi (1964):

This black-and-white psychological thriller with haunting melody is one of the popular suspense dramas Sadhana acted in. Seen in a double role, her performance was highly appreciated.

Arzoo (1965):

In the movie mostly shot in Kashmir, Sadhana is the beauty who is wooed by two leading men, Rajendra Kumar and Feroz Khan. Even though she initially thinks people should not live a life of disabled, she accepts the love of her life after he has lost his limb.

Mera Saaya (1966):

It’s the third suspense directed by Raj Khosla that Sadhana featured in. It also happens to be the most popular one. Sadhana played two very different characters in it and danced to the eternal chartbuster, Jhumka Gira Re.

Ek Phool Do Mali (1969):

Ahead of its times, the film showed Sadhana’s character indulging in pre-marital sex and getting pregnant. When her lover is lost in an avalanche, she marries another man to protect her reputation. And it’s she who maintains the stand that the child.
