VITEEE 2024: The Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) has extended the registration deadline for the Vellore Institute of Technology Engineering Entrance Exam (VITEEE) 2024. Interested and eligible candidates can fill out their online application form by April 10, at the official website — viteee.vit.ac.in. Earlier the last registration date was March 31. 

As per the official schedule released by VIT, the VITEEE 2024 exam is scheduled to be conducted from April 19 to 30, 2024. Following this, the result will likely be released on May 3, 2024. Candidates should have secured a minimum aggregate of 60 per cent in physics, chemistry, and mathematics/biology in the qualifying examination.

Applicants whose date of birth falls on or after July 1, 2002, are eligible to apply for engineering admission 2024. The date of birth as recorded in the High School / SSC / Class 10 certificate will be considered authentic. So, applicants should produce this certificate in original as proof of their age at the time of counseling/admission, failing which their candidacy for admission will be disqualified.

VITEEE 2024: How to register

Step 1: Visit the official website — viteee.vit.ac.in.

Step 2: Sign up if you are a new user, or sign in you already have an account.

Step 3: Fill all the relevant and required fields. An application number will be generated after filling primary details. Refer to the application number in all your future correspondence.

Step 4: Pay the non-refundable application fee of Rs 1,350.

Step 5: Upload photo and signature, and submit the application form.

Step 6: Download and save the application for future reference.

The exam will be conducted for 2.5 hours. In BPCEA, there will be 40 questions from biology, 35 from physics and chemistry each, 10 from aptitude and five from English. In MPCEA, there will be 40 questions from mathematics, 35 from physics and chemistry each, 10 from aptitude and five from English.
