TN PG TRB Results 2025 declared at trb.tn.gov.in (Image via official website)The Tamil Nadu Teachers Recruitment Board has declared the TN TRB Result 2025 on 27 November 2025 for the recruitment of Post Graduate Assistants and Physical Director Grade 1 posts. The board has released the qualifying status, individual marks, and the subject-wise list of candidates shortlisted for the certificate verification process. Candidates can check their qualifying status on the official website at trb.tn.gov.in.
The OMR-based examination comprised Part A (Tamil Eligibility Test) and Part B (Main Subject). Candidates who took the test can now view their results on the official website, trb.tn.gov.in. The results have been published in PDF format and include details such as the candidate’s name, roll number, date of birth, marks obtained, and eligibility status.
As per the board’s criteria, candidates had to score at least 40% in Part A, which is 20 marks out of 50. Only those who achieved this qualifying score had their Part B responses evaluated.
The TN TRB 2025 results have been released separately for subjects including Tamil, English, Commerce, Economics, Mathematics, History, Geography, Physics, Chemistry, Political Science, Botany, Zoology, Computer Science, and Physical Education. Candidates who clear the written examination will be invited for certificate verification against the 1996 available vacancies.

Step 3: Click on the “Result” tab on the left side of the homepage.
Step 4: Select the result link — “Direct Recruitment for PG Assistant…Instructor Grade 1 (02/2025) – Release of Part A and B Result.”
Step 5: Upon clicking, result PDF will open. Use CTRL+F to search for your name or roll number.
If qualified in both sections, download and save the PDF for reference.
Candidates who qualify in the written test must appear for the certificate verification round. The board will soon publish the date, session and venue on its official portal. Shortlisted candidates must carry all original documents, along with attested copies and a duly filled bio-data form. Those who fail to attend the verification as scheduled will not be considered for the next stages, irrespective of their exam performance.
