NEET PG 2025 counselling schedule released at mcc.nic.in (Screenshot from mcc.nic.in)NEET PG 2025: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has released the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Postgraduate (NEET PG) counselling schedule. The NEET PG 2025 counselling schedule is available at the official website — mcc.nic.in.
As per the schedule released by the National Board of Examinations for Medical Sciences (NBEMS), verification of the seat matrix has been done on October 23 followed by choice filing and locking options that will begin from October 28 to November 5.
The NEET PG seat allotment process will begin from November 6 and will conclude on November 7. The results for the round one will be announced on November 8 with reporting for the candidates between November 9 and 15.
There will be four rounds of AIQ counseling in NEET PG – AIQ round 1, round 2, round 3 and stray vacancy round. All candidates who have qualified for all India quota seats on the basis of their rank in NEET PG are eligible to participate in the counselling process. The registration for round 1 has already started.

The Directorate General of Health Services, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare is responsible to conduct the on-line counselling for 50 per cent all India quota (AIQ) PG medical and dental seats.
MCC will conduct counselling for the following institutions/ universities:
– 50 per cent all India quota seats of all states (participation of the Union Territory of J&K is subject to their contribution of seats)
– 100 per cent seats (AIQ seats + institutional quota seats) of central universities
– 100 per cent seats of deemed universities
– 50 per cent AIQ PG seats of colleges under the Employee State Insurance Corporation (wards of ESIC insured persons)
– All PG seats of Armed Forces Medical Services Institutions (only registration part)
– Central institutes, VMMC and Safdarjung Hospital, ABVIMS and RML Hospital and ESIC Institute, PGIMSR, Basaidarapur (50 per cent AIQ seats and 50 per cent seats of IP University)
