Karnataka SSLC Results 2025: What is the required passing marks?

To pass the SSLC exam, students must score at least 35% overall. In addition to this, candidate are also required to pass each subject individually.

For students who do not fulfill the passing criterion, KSEAB offers the opportunity to take the supplementary exam. These exams are usually held in June or July, giving students another chance to improve performance without waiting for the entire academic year.

If students are not satisfied with their marks, they have the option to request a reassessment of their answer scripts or a re-evaluation of their total marks. This process can be completed within a few days after the results are announced, upon payment of a small fee.

Karnataka SSLC Results 2025: How have students performed over the years?

In 2023, around 8.7 lakh students appeared for the SSLC exam, with a pass percentage of approximately 83.89%. The girls performed better than boys over the past year, a trend that many people are expected to continue. This year, around 9 lakh students are considered to be registered for the exam, reflecting the scope and importance of this academic milestone.
