(Express Photo/ Representative Image)The National Testing Agency (NTA) is conducting the Common University Entrance Test Undergraduate (CUET-UG) admissions. Students who are seeking admissions in various undergraduate courses of the country, have applied for the CUET UG 2024 and are appearing for the entrance. This year, the agency will release the results of CUET UG on June 30.
Once the results are declared, the CUET UG aspirants can download their marks from the official website and colleges and universities will begin their counselling process according to seats availability. However, before the results, the National Testing Agency will also release the answer key for all the CUET UG subjects.
The Agency will upload a file on its official website showcasing the provisional answers of the questions. Students will get a chance to object and challenge the provisional answer of the questions within a stipulated deadline. After the deadline, in consultations with subject experts, the Agency will finalise the list of answers and drop some CUET questions if it finds the objection against them are valid.

Meanwhile, Ranoj Pegu, the Education minister of Assam, yesterday wrote to the National Testing Agency (NTA) about providing Examination Centres for CUET in Barak Valley.
Pegu claimed that there is only one exam centre for the CUET exam at Silchar, which is causing problems for students of his state as they are having to travel to far off places for the Common University Eligibility Test, Undergraduate (CUET UG) 2024 exam.
CUET Ug 2024 commenced on may 15. The CBT (Computer-Based Test) mode examination for remaining 48 subjects (31 languages and 17 domain specific subjects) will be conducted on 21, 22, and 24 May 2024 in more than 600 examination centres located in about 300 cities across the country and abroad.
