O N Dhar honoured

O N Dhar,Assistant Director (retd),Indian Institute of Tropical Meteorology,Pune,was conferred with Life Time Achievement Award by Prof VVJ Sharma,President,Association of Hydrologists of India(CSIR),at a glittering function held in the city recently. Dhar could not travel to Hyderabad to receive the award due to his old age,said a release.
