Hotel Ibis is hosting a ‘Pizzeria and Pasta’ festival at its restaurant ‘Spice It’ till November 14,where one can feast upon the chef’s chosen pastas and pizzas. The festival has an array of pizzas to offer,Margarita,Salamino Piccante,Con Provolone,Patate E Pesto,Pollo,Fungi E Asparagi,Quattro Formaggio,and several others. In the pasta menu,one can take pleasure in mouthwatering dishes like Fettuccine Di Mascarpone,Con Spinaci E Pomodori Al Forno,Penne Alla Sorrentina,Lasagna Alla Genovese,Ravioli Di Pesce Con Ridizuione Di Arogosta,Spegetti Confit Di Pollo E Vegetali All’olio D’oliva,Fuisilli Alla Napolitano,and many more.

Southern fare

It is a common misconception that South Indian food is restricted merely to bland dosas and idlis – the south is also home to one of the most spicy cuisines in the world! Pride Hotel is organising the ‘Chettinad Food Festival’ at its restaurant Casablanca till November 23,where one can relish upon different kinds of chicken,mutton,fish,nine types of vegetables,sweets,dosa,apum,sambar,rasam and many more. Not only this,wine lovers can divulge in tinselly red and white wines. The ambiance of the restaurant feels like a Tamil Nadu village,with spiritual Carnatic music being played very aptly in the back drop to enhance the mood. The buffet is open from 7:30 pm to 11:30pm.

When it comes to food, Maharashtrian food is well known to tickle your taste buds and engage your senses for that extravagant feeling and experience. Mystic Masala at Vivanta by Taj Blue Diamond has organised a Maharashtrian food festival which will go on till the end of the month. Guests can start with a staggering variety of Farsan or Starters (both Veg and Non Veg) followed by the main course which is the aasal Marathi food and ends with lip smacking collection dessert,including Shrikhand ,Amarkhand,and Prasadhcha Sheera.
