Twisted Bass,the electronic dance music (EDM) outfit,will perform at Oak Lounge. Twisted Bass has been known to hold interactive performances,which — along with getting the audience hooked — involves them in the act. The event will be held on Friday at Oakwood Premier,Mundhwa,10:30 pm onwards.

Dance for Peace

After a series of seven Music for Peace parties organised at Area 51,the venue is ready with the event’s 8th episode. The 8th edition will be hosted on Saturday. Guests will be treated to an array of music from various genres such as hip-hop,commercial house,dubstep,progressive house and Bollywood. The main act will be performed by DJ Akbar Sami. The event will also feature Spinmaster Kaz,Lady Armour,DJ Agnel and DJ Leona.

A Touch of Humour

After two box-office hits — Sukhant and Tendulkar Out — producer Anuya Mhaiskar’s Sudha Productions is coming up with a new comedy film,Aandhali Koshimbir. The film features Ashok Saraf,Vandana Gupte,Aniket Vishwasrao,Anand Ingle,Priya Bapat,Hemant Dhome,Mrunmayi Deshpande and Hrishikesh Joshi. It is currently being shot in the city and director Aditya Ingale says that audiences will connect with the film’s humour. “It is a family-oriented film and deals with the importance of relationships in India. Lyricist Vaibhav Joshi and music directors Avinash and Vishwajeet have done a good job with the music,” says Ingale.
