With intense work and social pressures, all that one seeks is a steady balance of mind and body. And with the busy schedules and long work hours, many do not get time to attend any kind of relaxation sessions. With its unique concept Peace On Wheels,AOL introduces its mobile meditation van to Pune that will help you experience tranquility and offer some of those most needed relaxation sessions.

“The Peace On Wheels is a specially designed mobile meditation van that will move to different places in the city. It will be available for anyone, who wishes to experience some time of relaxation,” said Ganesh Somwanshi,a member of AOL,adding,”The van will drive in the city to provide a non-judgmental,stress free zone, that can be reached to,free of charge,” he adds

“We have a team working in the city. We have appointed a therapist in four main areas of the city. They will travel along with the van to the various places where meditation sessions will be taken. Currently we have one van operating in Pune but we intend to have a few more, later. Bookings for the van can be made in advance at our main centre at NIBM,” says Somwanshi. AOL claims that the concept of Peace On Wheels is one-of-its kind in India. “It is the first-ever meditation van known in the country,” claims he.

After successfully starting in Mumbai last year, the van was launched on Monday at the Jawaharlal Nehru Udyog Kendra in Yerwada by commissioner of women and child welfare and development,Bajirao Jadhav and national champion, equestrians Col GM Khan.

“Peace On Wheels will reach out to colleges, schools,BPOs,IT companies, police quarters, government offices and schools as per the city’s requirement,” said Yuvraj Kapadia, the founder of AOL,while talking on the initiative during its launch. “Today,we are faced with huge challenges and with the unforeseen events happening everywhere people tend to react with anger and indignation. In such an atmosphere, meditation van offers one such opportunity to retreat the inner space,” he added.
