1 held for Tribhuvan murder

The Sangvi police have arrested Subhash Gaikwad in connection with the murder of Sudhakar Tribhuvan (45),a retired ammunition factory employee whose body was found in a decomposed state on October 15. Investigations have revealed that Gaikwad had extra-marital relations with Tribhuvans wife Jyoti and had kept her in the dark about the murder.

Shantaram Tayde,senior police inspector said,“We arrested Gaikwad on Thursday . We had also called Tribhuvan’s wife Jyoti for interrogation.. A house where Tribhuvans used to stay was sold. We have recovered Rs 8 lakh from him. Tribhuvan’s daughter,Shilpa (18) had registered a complaint in the case. Gaikwad had gone absconding after the incident.
