4 held with fake notes

AZAMGARH: Four persons were today arrested in Sidhari with counterfeit notes worth Rs 21,000,police said. The four have been identified as Mahendra Yadav,Prakash Ram,Ambresh Kumar and Amit Maurya,Circle Officer (Crime Branch) Shivhari Meena said.

Three killed in road mishap

BAREILLY: Three youths were killed after their motorbike was hit by a truck in Tihar Thursday,police said. Munendra (27),Sunil (25) and Rekha (24) died on the spot. The police have launched a hunt to nab the truck driver.

Couple commit suicide

BADAUN: A couple in Gadhia Hardopatti village allegedly committed suicide by hanging from a tree Thursday evening,police said,adding that parents of Anit Singh (25) and Pinki (18) were against their relationship.

Parents die in road accident

BADAUN: A couple was killed and the daughter injured after a car hit their bike in Kadar Chowk Thursday,police said. Ompal Singh (24),Brijwati (21) died while their daughter (4) is in a critical stage.
