Dance India Dance winner to act in 3D film by Remo

Participants of television shows are dancing their way to glory,a case in point being Dharmesh,who was a finalist in Season 2 of Zee TV’s Dance India Dance. Having danced and choreographed in movies like Tees Maar Khan,he will now be acting in a film called Anybody Can Dance or ABCD,directed by ace choreographer Remo Fernandes. “The film is the first in India to be shot on imported 3D cameras,” says the dancer,in Lucknow on Wednesday to promote Li’l Masters,the kiddie version of the show. “The film has a cast comprising mostly participants like myself who found a foothold in the entertainment industry and even tells the story of the travails we have faced to achieve whatever we could,” says Dharmesh,a Baroda native,who admits to know little besides dancing. “It’s like I have been dancing even before I learnt to walk.” The auditions of Li’l Champs will take place at Dabble College,Sector 15,Indira Nagar,Lucknow on Saturday,8:30AM onwards.
