Jute mill worker shot dead

A labourer of Hukum Chand jute mill in Naihati,North 24 Parganas district,was shot dead by a colleague outside the factory. According to the police,Ramkumar Paswan opened fire on Chandan Bachar when he came out of the factory after the morning shift at 11.30 am.

Other labourers rushed out of the factory and chased Paswan. The police arrested him with fire arms in his possession,said North 24Parganas SP Rahul Srivastav. According to the police,Bachar had taken some money from Ramkumar and did not repay it time.
