Anil Kapoor makes a come back in the sequel of Nayak.

Anil Kapoor’s power-packed performance in the 2001 political thriller, Nayak was lauded by all. Directed by S Shankar, it showed how the power of common man could shake the political system and bring the corrupt politicians to book. In sync with the political landscape currently, Kapoor makes a come back in the sequel of Nayak. The actor confirmed, “The next installment of Nayak is not called Nayak 2, but will be called Return Of Nayak. It is going to be a completely fresh script, but the character of Shivaji will remain the same.” While, the rest of the cast and the director is yet to be finalised, Kapoor will be producing the film.
