Teachers now stop evaluation of answersheets
The stand-off between Vice-Chancellor Deepak Pental and the Delhi University Teachers’ Association touched a new low on Monday,with teachers temporarily ceasing evaluation of final year answersheets at a number of evaluation centres. A DUTA press release claimed that the protest,which was in response to the alleged manhandling of a DUTA delegation by the University security staff in the South Campus on Sunday,was “spontaneous and voluntary”.

Four dead as SUV falls in drain near Gurgaon
Four persons were killed on Sunday night after the Honda CR-V they were travelling in fell into an under-construction drain near the toll tax booth in Badshahpur. The SUV was on its way to Delhi when it plunged 15 feet into the drain.

Realtor held with arms at Chanakyapuri hotel
