Underbridge work to begin soon

Union Minister for Parliamentary Affairs and Water Resources Pawan Bansal today said that the work for two underbridges to be constructed in the city would start soon.
While one underbridge would be from Daria to Mauli Jagran,the other would be constructed at the railway crossing at Modern Housing Complex,Manimajra.
He was addressing a gathering at village Kishangarh today. With land acquisition being a contentious issue in the city,Bansal further said that no land acquisition would take place in the city till the new Land Acquisition Bill is in place.
Bansal assured the villagers that the houses outside the lal dora would not be demolished.
A community centre is going to be constructed at Kishangarh.
The house owners had earlier held chain hunger strike against the notices for demolition given by the Administration.
Bansal criticised BJP stating that the party had no issue and was targeting the Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.

The members of the District Congress Committee (Rural) gave a list of demands to Bansal for upliftment of the villages.
A number of Congress leaders were present on the occasion.
