Chandigarh, Feb 25 (ANI): Criticising the Railway Budget 2016 presented on Thursday, former railway minister Pawan Bansal on Thursday said he found nothing new in the budget, except for bio vacuum toilets, adding that there should be public awareness on it. He added that he don't know how successful it will be. It is dangerous if people are not aware of it. Bansal further alleged that the BJP-led NDA Government is repeating the old thing as done by the UPA regime.
