Cafe Coffee Day is all set to present a brand-new look,offerings and experience!
The coffee-cafe revolution that’s seen young adult Indians raise a toast to the bean in all its avatars has truly evolved – from just sipping on a cappuccino to a coffee and conversations stage. “We have realised that the cafe is an extension of people lives…it’s a place where you just don’t relish a good cup of coffee but converse,relax,unwind and sometimes even work,all by yourself or with others,” mentions Cafe Coffee Day’s director Alok Gupta who was in city for a reason. “We have realised that for 13 years,millions of people have spent some of their most special moments at Cafe Coffee Day. In fact,CCD continues to become an essential part of people’s lifestyle,” shares Gupta. Buoyed by the response,the brand is steering this new year with a new 360 degree strategy. Entirely developed from in-depth dialogue with customers,coffee lovers and stakeholders,the new change entails an all new ‘smart’ menu,changes in furniture design and placement,new uniforms,cutlery and a total cafe re-branding. “These changes are designed to facilitate a more interactive in-cafe experience for customers and enhanced customer service,” asserts Gupta. The most visible of those changes will be the Cafe Coffee Day squared logo in its fresh new avatar,that of a ‘Dialogue Box’. “This new trendy dialogue logo symbolises the essence of what a CCD cafe is all really all about,a place to relax and dialogue. And as we all know,a lot does happen over coffee!” quips Gupta who mentions that the change will come into effect in phases. “The new cafes with present the new identity while the existing cafes across the country will have the new look by end of the year,” he adds.
