The higher reaches of Himachal Pradesh continued to shiver on Tuesday due to harsh cold conditions with temperature dipping to sub-zero level. Keylong,the headquarters of Lahaul and Spiti,was the coldest place in the hill state,recording a low of minus 8.3 degrees Celsius,Met office sources said. Mercury dropped in Shimla too,which recorded a maximum temperature of 14.6 degrees Celsius. The minimum temperature in Queen of Hills was 4.4 degrees Celsius. The Met office forecasts rain or snow at isolated places on Wednesday.
